April Begins...

April to me means spring is really, truly here.  Today was no exception...a little too warm for a winter jacket, bright sunshine and the air had that fresh, spring feel to it.  A wander through the garden and I see even more evidence that spring won't let me down...it really is on the move!

  1. Hmmm, looks like your garden is a good week ahead of mine. But we are seeing the buds and it excites us still. It doesn't take much, does it? And that's no poisson d'avril!

  2. Beautiful.
We are having a major snowstorm today, so looks like spring is not quite around the corner for us.
    Enjoy :)

  3. Welcome April! What lovely little signs that spring has arrived. We thankfully did not get the snow that was predicted - but it was rather chilly. I made cookies. LOL Theresa

  6. Thank you Sherry for the words you gifted on my blog. It was much appreciated. Devon is a most beautiful place. I have always lived here and cannot see myself living anywhere else. If you ever visit you must let me know.
Spring is indeed here and ain't that grand! My favourite season. New life everywhere - we can't help but be uplifted and joyous.

  7. We Northern girls really know how to appreciate April don't we? It's like breathing a sigh of relief to turn the calendar page. Your garden looks just like mine, a little something green to give us hope:>)

  8. Yay! So glad it is here in spite of the snow that came with it down here. But it has all melted today so the green bits are sure to poke out soon here too.
    Happy April!
