I love that we have adult children we can leave at home to tend the nest...and I don't doubt for a moment that they are looking forward to seeing us leave and having the peace and quiet they've come to know from living on their own.

ReplyDeleteI, too, am loving the long weekend with all this glorious weather! My road took me up to the cottage yesterday - and back - just the initial check on the waterpump and mouse droppings kind of visit not to mention the blackfly invasion. I hope you find plenty of good times and treasures!
